Your First Visit

We want to be sure your teeth and gums are healthy, and prevention is very important in achieving this goal. When you visit our office for the first time, we’ll take the necessary X-rays, do a tooth-by-tooth inspection, asses your gums for any signs of disease, screen for oral cancer, and examine your bite. You’ll also receive a thorough professional cleaning per our dentist suggests. If we spot any signs of trouble, we’ll discuss it with you. And if you have any questions or concerns, be sure to mention them to Dr. Gao or one of the team. We’ll be sure you leave our office feeling confident and informed.

Patient Forms

As a courtesy and convenience, we’ve provided our new patient forms online. Feel free to print them off at home, fill them out when you have time, and then you can just drop them off with our front desk when you check in. If you prefer to fill out your paperwork in the office, be sure to arrive about 15 minutes early.

Insurance & Payment Options

Bernal Dental Care accepts most insurance companies, please check our insurance page, and our front desk is happy to help you understand your benefits. We accept cash, ATM cards, and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) as forms of payment.

Our office has also partnered with CareCredit to provide patient financing with 6 months no interests. You can apply online at CareCredit.com or ask us about CareCredit at your next visit. Additionally, our practice offers payment option for orthodontics. If you, or your child, are in need of orthodontic treatment, make sure to talk with us about our payment plan.
